Has anyone tried having candle wax on their bodies? I've been wanting to try this for quite some time. But I don't want the wax getting stuck to my skin lol,that would be painful haha.

Anyone got any tips?

Oh and if anyone has tried it, do you have any horror stories?

you can buy low melting point candles, they dont hurt so much, if you prefere the burn then you will be fine, it wont stick

Apply thin coat of baby oil ... makes removal of wax easier

The higher you hold the candle the better and shave first he he .I did burn the sex koala's belly button last time .

It comes off quite easily to be fair it's quite a sensual thing I don't like pain but there is something sexy about the anticipation of the slight burn ad a blindfold and your away

For newbies I use special bdsm wax, but I do like ordinary candle wax. Doesn't hurt as I never feel a thing!

A female friend and I did that to a male friend, apres ski and apres a few bevvies.... we held him down and he was quite hairy - oops! But, yes, either do it on a body part which is not too hairy, or shave first, and hold the candle high as the wax will cool on its way down!!

It really doesn't stick badly to your skin...your bedsheets are another matter. If you do get it on clothing or sheets put them in the freezer for a while and you will be able to pick it off more easily.

I like using a coloured candle so you can see when you've dripped more easily, good for photos too!

IMPORTANT - Do NOT use tealight candles, you will get serious burns if you do. I know someone who made this mistake and he still has the scars from it!

I love it! And yes your play partner can be a bit sadistic if he wants to!

Can be a bit messy though, so would recommend a towel whether under you or on the floor, depends on how you are playing of course, but it is one of my favourite toys

We have a number of pics of ourselves on here the first time we tried it. We used large church type white candles, they were hot enough for missus and left tingles a while after dropping onto the body thighs up to neck. Easy to peel off, very sensual. I could have gone a lot hotter and she used two on me at once virtually covering me including sensitive areas, it was fine no pain just a cheeky hot sensation for a split second. Definately use a blanket, if nothing else it reduces the cleaning up time xx

You should enjoy it, it's incredible, we bound ourselves around the ankles and wrists and used a blindfold.

Would recommend the bondage candles that melt at a slightly lower temperature for starters. It doesn't really stick to the skin as once it dries it just falls off x
