I remember the old Tribal Gathering events in the early/mid 90's- went to the first 3 i think?

Last one was when Kraftwerk played. Used to love going on the fairground rides at 3am while a little squiffy- then back in the absolutely fucking huge main tent to see Carl Cox etc- so much heat in there it rained inside about every 15 minutes from the condensation.

If only my head would allow me to do it all again, but it now goes a little if I even entertain the thought

I went about 4 years ago and it was good loved it mainly D&B and hard house.

I think its sold out a bit going by the line up.

Well we arent quite on the scale of Global Gathering lol but we do have the legendary Lisa Pin Up booked and confirmed !!

And Danny Mansfield we also have Struct 7 playing in the chill out area so set to be an epic night !!!

I wish I was going to G-Gathering it looks awesome but by far I'm more excited by the Phukt night at Xtasia bringing together my three favourite things sex, sexy music and sexy people. I hope people support this initiative to ensure that it becomes a long standing part of the lifestyle because mainstream events will never cater for our scene. I think it's essential that we all use the diversity of skills of the people in this scene to create the events and opportunities that the vanilla can't offer. Today the rave tomorrow the world.

Miss the days of 2003 when Johan Gielen used to tear up main stage..I was only a kid, im talking the days when mixing vinyl actually was mixing fucking vinyl. Not the electronic pants hanging round ankles that gets pumped out these days.

2006 when Eddie Halliwell used to pkay Gods Kitchen. Great days.

We're having an Irish gathering this year. I think the idea is to get all the diaspora back for a few weeks, let them spend all their money here then bog off back to whence they came from. Might help get us out of the sh1te we're in with the banks tho...
