never mind the customers... whats worse is when the assistant is chatting away while they serve you ... usually slowly

When that happens to me, I just stand there, dont pack my shopping or anything until theyve finished chatting then um a right bitch, cos I make em wait till ive done my packing and maybe had a chat with some random. As I leave I say, know you know how it feels
