Arse End of the Universe, Cumbria

Torn, according to the Sports Therapist I saw this morning...he's given me some ultrasound, massage n traction and I'm going to have a couple more sessions, it's definitely eased a bit with what he's done so hopefully get a better kip tonight. He reckons it'll take about a month to heal properly and straight leg raises are the best exercise to stretch it out - but not as far as I've obviously been raising them recently!

Still can't walk more than 100 yards or stand for more than a minute without major pain, but at least I'm more comfortable laid out or sitting fingers crossed I'll be able to get to my friend's wedding on Saturday and back to work next week
