Dunno but get ready to have some cool thigh bruises.

When you start think about learing on a static pole or a revolving pole.

A static pole is, well it's static it doesn't turn around, you move round the pole. Very good for complicated static moves.

A Revolving pole is set on ball bearings and the pole turns with you which makes spinning easier and longer but is not so good for static moves.

The problem is whichever you learn on will make it harder to perform on the other one, so if your thinking of using your new talents in a club that has a static pole go for static lessons and vice versa - or both

Kate's dad is a Pole, her moms English, so you could say that I have half a Pole on my pole most nights

Best of luck with the lessons, we understand it's a great workout, so enjoy
