I keep seeing warnings at the bottom of profiles and wondered the following;

1. what is the warnings history?

2. has the threat of legal action been carried out? and lastly

3. is it just something that someone said would be a good idea?

as far as im concerned Sydney and any other educational establishment can do what the fuck they like with my profile

This subject crops up regularly and the answer is still the same.

The note that people put on their Profile has no real relevance. Even Admin has said in the past, that it just collectively takes up valuable space on their servers!

But look at it this way, if you felt really aggrieved about Sydney and other Uni's hacking into your info or whatever they do, would you truly, honestly, take them to court?

Would you really risk all the Media getting to know about all your past sex life, along with those people you have met on here and elsewhere?

Would you really want all the family, relatives, friends and neighbours to know just what you get up to in your private life?

All, just to satisfy your quest in righting a wrong!!! I think NOT!

It has no point, it is meaningless.

There is a student doing research on this and the reason why his thesis has yet to be published is because his hardcopy research material is all stuck together.
