Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance x

dont hang our washing out to dry as pollen will get on to it.

you can eat local honey as its made from flowers specific to your area but it takes time to build up an immunity.

Go to your GP there have been two blossoms that have come into flower together this year which normally don't blossom together ............ hence the bad reactions from everyone

We live amongst fruit farms and apple orchards so it's the worst place to be, I tried the honey trick last year and it worked a treat plus wearing glasses helped. Looks like it's a trip to the Dr then. Thank you very much everyone x

When i was a lot younger i lived on a farm and had constant Hayfever not with just plants but animals as well. Spent loads of time in a dark room away from it all. This happened right up until i went to my Dr to tell him that i could not breath out of nose. After many years of sneezing and blowing i was sent to the ENT at the hospital and they found that i had Polops why up in the nostrils, off to have them operated on, they stripped my sinus'es as well.

I have never had Hayfever since, it was just amazing and at my second wedding i was able to have REAL flowers instead of artificial..... So it's always worth getting the Dr to take a closer look instead of just getting a prescription... Ruby

One of my old clients used to have an injection from his gp at the beginning of spring. Worked wounders for him, and he has never looked back.
