Apple appointment

Ok here I go off to my appointment with Apple with my defunct handset ......... well it's sort of defunct ........ I am expecting them to give me a new handset ........ with no fuss .............. bearing in mind this one won't hold a signal........... wish me luck !!!!!

Remind them it’s a core value not to give customers the pip…….

If its less than 12 months old, also remind them of the consumer goods act 1984- in particular the bit about goods being fit for purpose for an acceptable period of time

Barely had to open my mouth ............ told them the problem he looked at the phone and said I totally agree we will change it ......... u currently have 22 days warranty left, the phone we are giving you will give you 90 days warranty from today .............. sign here and your good to go!!!!! lol in and out in minutes lol Go Apple !!!! you cannot knock their aftercare !!!

And tell them just cos Apple is 'American', they can't claim ignorance of it... Oh hang on.... that's what they do with their Foreign Policy innit...
