what a way to end/start a week

I have just had the worst way to either end last week or start this week depending on what way you view it. Just finished the washing up and putting away the casserole dish when it falls from the cupboard along with a 2nd one and they fall on my foot smashing into pieces and slicing my foot open. We have no car and the nearest open hospital is 15 miles away. Will pop into chard hospital in the morning if our car is fixed in time and have it looked at.

it really hurts

sounds painful .. is there no 24 hour chemists nearby where you could get bandages ?

I live in Chard where nothing is 24 hours. we have some gauze and tape the is on it till morning when i will pop to the hospital but work tomorrow will be fun when i limp in with flip flops on. Cant see putting a sock on it being a good idea.

they won't stitch things if you leave them too long. Nurse at GP surgery might help tomorrow. Good luck
