self promotion ....

As some of you may know or recall, when I joined here last summer, my avatar pic was me in a leg brace

I'd just had a bone graft to fuse my shattered knee cap, and was hobbling about a bit

Well, down the road to recovery I'm going to be running in my first 10k race for over two years, in a fortnight's time.

The I Love Manchester 10km on Sunday 14th July.

In addition, my father in law passed away, in April, from a brief battle with a brain tumour.

My Sister in Law ran the Paris Marathon shortly afterwards, and has been raising money for BrainTumourUK.
