what is the best way to cook brisket .. i do have a le creuset pot to put it in x

I would dice it into chunks and make a casserole, or slow-roast in the oven.

Definitely a cut for slow-cooking.

I love briskets and skirts!

Need long a low heat ...... maybe add onions and stock and little salt and pepper x
