" Thanks ryan it was xrayed but im not sure i havent damaged ligaments or something as the weird pulling sensation is bizarre when i flex my knee and the shooting pain down my shin | |||

Keep it elevated and apply ice packs regularly until the swelling reduces. That is where a lot of the pain will be coming from | |||
