What sort do women like best on a guy, if any? Do you prefer clean shaven, a strong stubble, small or thick beards etc?

Depends on the guy - I watched 'who were the Greeks' last night, and the guy who presented it looked so sexy with his stubble, but I like clean shaved men too

I have a beard but I keep it trimmed wash and condition it regularly. Have to keep it smooth feeling

The only Hollywood hunk I've ever been likened to is Jason Statham, I'm a far cry from Cooper or the Pittster.

It depends on the guy. Some buys really suit a (neatly kept) beard or 4 day old stubble. Others look better clean shaven. I'm not fussed really.

I have no idea how any men grow a beard.

Anything past 14 days growth is SO uncomfortable I usually cave in and get the face mower out.

One day I might brave my way through it.

Its true, once facial hair reaches a certain thickness it gets incredibly itchy, and even starts to feel 'heavy' as your skin around it gets tighter.

It doesn't take 14 days to grow a beard does it?

My goatee is at the desired length at around 5 days. I trim it every week with my No1 clipper attachment

Well that's what its for isn't it? I'm sure our caveman ancestors would have tolerated a little face scratching in order to keep frostbite from making your jaw fall off.

It can look good if its symmetrical but the hairy pinhead look or the upside down head look by guys who are loosing it on top and so grow a beard makes it even more obvious and isn't a good look.

Its said that flints and slates properly flaked can be INCREDIBLY sharp (they made a lot of their knives and skinning tools this way), in fact obsidian glass is said to be SO sharp that even modern scalpels can't compare to its cutting power.
