Finding right time to message

I always wait to see if someone from my hotlist Is on line before I send a message. Is this a good strategy as I assume messages sent when someone isn't online just get swallowed up in the stampede? What's your messaging strategy and what works for you. Also keen to hear from ladies on how they view and manage their inbox.

Don't have a hit list and dont send messages , so can't help lol

I do send winks and that seems to work for me , if a lady states she doesent except them then I dont , and tbh if they find looking at winks to hard r see it as lazy I dought id want to chat to them anyway 🤣

Many women when asked if they could change anything about the site say that they want the blue dot showing them as online removed.

That's usually when they get swamped with the most messages and then some guys whine and complain that they were online so should have responded.

Im on here daily so I dont find it difficult to go through messages. Some women saying they have hundreds of messages daily. What are they posting?! 😂 The most Ive ever had in 1 day is 171.

If you see that someone is online...don't assume they are actually online

There's a time delay.

There's no magic time.

Read the profile and if there's things that align for both of you then send the message

Then delete from your sent box

And go about your day.

What are the reasons you've added the profile to your hot list? Is it just pics or is it that yours and theirs could be compatible?

In terms of winks, who notices them. It can be days before I think to look at them. At least with messages there is a notification icon.

In terms of friends/hot list OP, I send messages either when they have updated a status and it intrigues me or sometimes in response to a new pic.

I would welcome this feature.

Sometimes it shows me as online when I'm not really looking at messages and such as I'm just browsing or using the forums and messages can get lost,I also have a thing where friends messages will come up first so tend to read those first.

I very rarely post anything of full nudity and don't post videos but sometimes the messages are unreal and a good 50 % are just saying hi or crap that doesn't warrant a reply I don't think it matters at times it was worse when I didn't have age filters.

I think if they consider a wink as much effort as they're putting in then they're lazy and uninterested. I have about 1500 unlooked at winks. A single button press isn't really my idea of making an effort to connect 💜

I message whenever if someone takes my interest, dont pay attention to if they are onlone or not.

Also have good filtering so my inbox is never unmanageable even if i am offline for a while.

If someone sends me a wink or a message I get an email saying so. Doesn't everyone get that.

I dont take any notice of blue ticks lol , apparatus im always online !! In truth I pop and off , and often not on for hours and days and it still shows as Im on ?

If i see an account I feel is a match I will often add to my hotlist to see updates and see if we genuinely feel we match.

9 times out of 10 they will post something that contradicts their bio so it goes nowhere.

If i do decide to message i will do it whenever really, I've never waited until someone is online.

I'm lucky that when my profile is visible, I don't get swamped with messages because I use very strict filters.

As a result, I read every profile and every message I receive. If I don't reply, it's usually because I'm not interested, most often because it's clear they haven't read my profile, or their profile is little more than a wall of 🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆.

Not replying isn't personal, it just means we're probably not a good match.

I don't message women, if they message me then I look at their profile, 99 times out 100 I'm simply not attracted to what I see, either photos of profile as I'm very picky and I'm looking for specific chemistry, I will not simply have sex with any woman.

If I feel a connection then I make it clear, which has only happened once in three profiles I've had on here.

I typically don't look at my inbox when on, so when they get sent doesn't make much difference. I always avoid night time inbox times, though am often on then. I'll look at the profiles of senders at various times, so that's the best way to attract me.

Too many seem to assume that messages are like an SOS alert, that should divert attention away from what someone is doing
