Feeling very cba with food at the minute MB

Very little appetite at all

So far today, I have had a toasted teacake, some mixed nuts & raisins and a bag of hula hoops

I've just made myself a nice crushed ice latte

I'll have a little nibble later before bedtime

Not as just indulged in some ice cream ( why is it so hard to get it out of the tub

). Having a small and simple Greek salad, some fruit and a yogurt. Too hot for big dinners
