But the basics are...

Be yourself

Cock pics in friends pic (some like them some dont)

Talk in the forums

Make sure your bio is appealing

Be polite and patient

Dont send dick pics unless asked

Try a social or club

Im sure there is more

Most people are not mutually attractive to and compatible with most other people, thus you'll get just a tiny minority who might be. Make your expectations reflect this.
