Ye Olde Stable

Well its thick fog here, and I think it is the worst thing to drive in.

I can cope with snow, ice, sleet, torrentail rain, blinding sunshine, but fog...I bloody hate it.

What weather puts you off going out for a drive in the car?

I drive in most Weather conditions as part of my job, the recent Snow caused me to cancel some meets but normally I just get on with it, I don't like driving much even in the summer

Kinda like fog, something myserious about it. Hate it when you're on the motorway and it's pissing down so hard you can barely see your own bonnet.

Agreed, fog is toughest to drive in, its very unpredictable, one second it can be bright sun ( usually low in the sky, winter sun causing glare) then next second thick fog with ice as the temp has plummeted.

Today has been rather miserable .The snow hampered travel but was more aesthetic than the dour weather we have now.

we dont really mind driving in any wearther really or so we thought until we drove up 2 dundee in major fog. we cudnt use the fog lights cuz they just bounced off the fog n hit the windscreen n basically you couldnt see a thing. so for the whole way up we could only see literally 2 feet infront of us

looking back its funi now but really really wasnt then, needless 2 say when we got there we had a bloody good drink

Fog is the scariest ... esp when you're taking it easy and peeps are bombing past you as if there was total visibility

Heavy snow in the dark, it reminds me of the scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark when the angels turn into ghosts! Scary!
