The only time it makes a difference to me is when the foreskin doesn't retract. Then it's difficult to keep the glans clean and they often have a lingering odour of stale pee.

Aw, sorry! I didn't mean to offend, when I said I find an uncircumsised penis easier to handle. And believe me, a circumsised penis is much better than a penis which NEEDS to be circumsised.
