Just went yesterday with work mates. I did it all including the hardest bits.

Am now aching like hell and muscles sore. Greatfun though.

Anyone else been?

Always great fun, just watch the spacing as some pansy always gets in front of me and takes ages.

Talk to the venue to decide which course to go on, i'm fairly fit and strong but i was knackered by the end of the long course- no use paying for the 3hr one when the 2hr might be enough- you can spend the saving on ice creams at the cafe next to the car park

Zip wires. Climbing cargo nets. Swinging in the trees. Balancing on stuff that topples you over.....its like its a knockout in the trees challenging you physically. Today my body is very sore.

Sneezing hurts!
