I know I'm still younger (ish) but my hangovers last ages now I went out last night and only woke up an hour ago is it normal or am I the only one Sundays just disappear

Eat carbs, bread or as I do, stop in McDonalds for some fries, drink a load of water when you get home. Works for me, feel tired after just 3 hours sleep, but no hangover

How do you know you had a hangover, you've been asleep all day?

And no, I can crawl in at 4am and still wake up before 10am and be shattered for the rest of the day (2 days if I'm honest!)

Drink a couple of pints of water before you go to bed.

Helps your body get rid of the toxins and saves your liver a great deal of work.
