My daughter is going on holiday she needs a bathing suit, she's plus size and is worried sick about wearing one, she wants something with support and is able to cover her thighs, can anyone recommend websites please

Bravisimo do a good line of swimwear for the fuller figured lady.

Buy a sarong for when walking around the pool. Hope this helps.

My sister is like this and was worried about coming aqua areobics with me she bought a swinsuit with a skirt attatched and wore a bikini top for support.

I always wear a string bikini top for boob support ...take a look on ebay or such for a swim skirt

I dunno about covering her thighs, but i got my swimming costume from primark and it has an extra bit of material around the waist and tummy. It really does cover any sins and I felt fab in it. And I know bravissimo does lovely stuff but its really expensive. Hope it helps

I don't like to inflict my many lumps and bumps on other people in the vanilla world, and do not feel good in all the swimsuits I have tried.

Eventually, I had one made that covers everything up, via simply-modest dot com.

I can wear a bra underneath if I need some support.

I recently bought a swim dress on e bay made by beachcomber swim wear. The skirt covers my thighs and has tummy support... and it was a bargain at £20

Not sure primark do her size, she's 22/24

yours clothing have a nice little range of swim suits they do tankinis too so the shorts would give a little modesty they do a swimsuit with a skirt and also have a few sarongs too they are available online or in stores if you have one near you. They also have an ebay store which if you are only buying one item the postage is cheaper but shhhhh thats a little secret lol

Have you tried Evans? Not to sure what their swimwear range is like though but considering they specialise in plus size I'd have thought they'd do some good ones.

.

It costs nearly 200 USD at present.

Sounds a lot, however, no more than one of those all singing, all dancing ones that promise to reduce one's dress size by X amount, yet still make them look like they are a joint of meat strung up ready for roasting, IMHO.

Fashion World catalogue have some great choices. They do mix and match tankinis with what they call Skorts, shorts that look like a skirt. Good luck and hope she enjoys her holidays

I've never been a fan of their clothes in all fairness but wasn't sure what their swimwear was like, probably just as bad I take it lol.
