I lay out in the garden yesterday, managed 15 mins each side. After that I hosed myself down with the garden hose and it felt amazing, I then stood in the shade, naked, cooling off 🫠

Drinking an ice cold cider in the garden. Just like by you OP, it absolutely belted down last night, and I was tempted to strip off to cool down, but my son was watching the football with me. It may have looked a bit odd, so I carried on sweating like a pig at an abattoir.
