What's the best and worst experience you have experienced in life thus far ?

My best was playing a key role at the Olympics last year with incredible memories via interaction with people from all nationalities of the world

My worst was my beloved mum dying at a premature age

Worst has to be, my first heart attack.

Best has to be, birth of my first child.

Though second child was just as special.

Obviously there are people for who these examples don’t count but I’m sure the two extremes of the loss of loved ones and the birth of off-spring, will rank highly for many people…!

having my son, then getting married was the worst experience of my life because it wasnt realy what i wanted, but it was also the best experience of my life because i got away from my family, i felt wanted and didnt feel lonely anymore.

Alex : best 24 years in the army. Worst watching his dad die.....: (... Ella best, meeting Alex. worst not meeting him sooner even though we went to school together : ( and Alex wrote this : ) she will kill me when she sees it x

Best my 2 kids an as thats 2 good things im having 2 bad 1st watching my son go to prison 2nd my sister being killed both changed me an nether in a good way
