While walking the dogs came accross an injured woodpecker so called the rspca and waited an hour and a half for them to turn up. Couldnt leave the poor thing he was in a very busy dog walkers path and didnt want a dog to have a go. Keeping my fingers crossed he survives he is in the best hands now

Nice one fella, I used to keep budgerigars and my dad won several trophies for showing several species which he bred.

I love all forms of wildlife and think we should do as much as we can to preserve it
