Yes that seems to be a thing. Was a full discussion about it on mumsnet. Some people just arent very clean.

One got a full wash once a week.

For me its a full body shave, clean out the bumhole, wash hair and the usual shower after that.

I just imagine that people usually only wash both legs if their going out. Ive never heard the term everything shower/bath

Shave, put on some nice hair treatment besides washing your hair, scrub/exfoliate?

Afterwards put on some nice body cream. I don’t do this every day ai have to admit and I probably should.

I don't shave my entire body every time I wash. If I'm feeling lazy I won't wash my hair either, I just chuck it up in a hair tie.

It's a shower. Then add on exfoliating body, scalp exfoliation, shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, shave/Veet legs pits vag butt whatever else, then finally wash body 😂
