My daughter asked me this when she was about 5. She attended a Catholic school and I told her to ask her teacher 😅 Parents night came around and her teacher said “ oh btw thank you for getting xxx to ask me who made God”I laughed and said what did you tell her. She replied “I told her go ask Father” 😂

Religions preach love , acceptance and kindness of all.

It's not religion that does harm. It's those that mis interpret it's teachings and use it as a means to dominate.

"sadly religion is also the cause of most world wars too"

This is a popular but untrue myth.

Historians and conflict researchers widely agree that religion is not the primary cause of most wars. Comprehensive historical analyses indicate that territorial control, resource acquisition, and political power are the leading drivers of human conflict, while strictly religious motivations account for a very small minority.

Although true religion is a driving factor of most land acquisitions, hence religion still being a leading contributing factor of war over all. Most disputes arise due to "differences in beliefs" and "reclaiming land seen to be of religious importance"

Religion plays a huge part, theres no denying it.

Religion has always been intertwined with the politics and the regent/king/etc. of territories and the conquering of lands.

Where there is difference there is division.

Where there is power and hierarcy there is corruption and abuse.

While religious movements have historically driven territorial expansion and colonization, most modern land acquisitions are driven by economic, agricultural, and geopolitical factors rather than religion. Today, governments and corporations primarily acquire land for natural resource extraction, foreign direct investment, and commercial development.

In a galaxy far far away

It's difficult to understand if God had a beginning.

Theoretically time goes forward infinitely and therefore could go backwards infinitely, so God had no beginning, he's always been there.

But as humans we had a start in life, everything we see around us had a start. Our brains can't comprehend the theory that God had no creator, that hes existed infinitely.

I dont believe that science is a faith, it's proven facts presented as evidence. There is no proof of any god. I sway between agnostic and atheist a bit, some days I undoubtedly am certain there is no god and then other days I find myself thinking there must be something that started existence. Just not convinced its some holy being that cant be seen or found ever.

I need physical evidence to believe in most things.

I'm the same with evidence, it's why I don't believe in aliens or ghosts.

But the problem I have with the theory of evolution is animal instinct.

Even Charles Darwin admitted it's a flaw in his argument. For example, how to birds know to migrate thousands of miles when they've never done it before? It kind of points to a design, rather than an accident.

I believe in ghosts as I have seen them and can categorically say they are real. Aliens not so sure but it would explain alot if they were real, even go so far as betting they had a hand in our "creation" or "evolution" if you like.

There are some amazing theories out there.
