Do you have an average time you go to bed?

Does it change on a weekend, or do you just go to bed whenever you feel like it?

Im a night owl i envy people who go to bed at 10 everynight and wake up early ready for the day

Doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I always wake with the dawn chorus. It's both a blessing and a curse!

Depends on my work schedule and the weather/season. Because it's hot/summer, I'm sleeping less. More daylight hours. Trying to sleep on time but it's a bit difficult.

Late.

My sleeping pattern is fucked.

I'm awake at 7am most mornings and going to bed in the AM isn't great. I tell myself every night that I'll go to bed early but it never happens. I'm tired all day, then wide awake at this time 😒

I generally have a sleep routine. I watch TV until I'm finished, fuck around on my phone until around 2am and then wake up swearing I'll go to bed earlier even though I never do. The only difference between a weekday and a weekend is that my weekday alarm forces me awake.

Naturally a night owl but with early starts I've had to wean myself off it - try and go to bed around 9.30/10pm and fall asleep shortly after.

At the weekend it's whenever. Ideally before I fall asleep on the sofa during a film.

11pm week days after I prepare my overnight oats and I moisturise and do a wind down stretching routine.

Up at 7 to walk the pooch and do either 30 mins of yoga or weights in the gym.

Weekends… whenever. Usually after I think about why I can’t actually stick to a routine that I’d like to do.

I’m often found up late, measuring away, but it’s serious work. Weekends I like to let my hair down and normally up even later, because someone’s got to measure the baps!!! X

Stress at home means my routine is buggered. Used to go to bed at 10 every night. Now I’m up later but struggling to get my arse out of bed in the morning

With working shifts I don’t tend to have a set pattern, sometimes I’m asleep before the sun goes down in summer if I’ve had a few earlys and not much sleep. Other nights like last night awake until 0130 🤷‍♂️

Usually I go bed before 10, read and fall asleep but that changes if I go out-out or do something with TheHusband

Weekdays about 11pm. As up for work at 630am. Weekends about 1am or 2am after listening to tunes & having a few beers. 😉

Completely agree - wish I could go to bed earlier as Im always tired in the day. As soon as night rolls in, i'm suddenly wide awake and incapable of the fundamental need that is called 'sleep'

I don't have a routine. I sleep when my body let's me. Wake up after pain killers were off

My week routine is simple. Around 10pm my wife goes to her bedroom, I go to my bedroom, I come on here for an hour to window shop - prey I get to chat with someone (hasn’t happened yet) and then turn off around 11pm to be woken by my 6am alarm.

Last night (this morning) I went to bed, I could see the sun had already risen. I try sleep when I'm extremely tired on a weekend cos cunt downstairs has music and screams loud as he can most nights. Thankfully usually quiter through week so like 10 or 11

I go to bed 2-3am. Awake 6-7am. Permanently knackered but can't fix it
