Of Choux Pastry??

I foolishly promised my neice that this weekend we would make home made profiteroles. In attempt to de risk a potential fiasco I had a practice run last night that was a complete disaster despite me following a recipe.

Anyway it’s looking like home made will now be opening the box of bought ones together 🤦‍♂️

Choux pastry is not easy to make, but once you master the art, it's much better than shop bought one.

Pastry is fiddly, and warm weather won’t be helping. I don’t make Choux when it’s too warm outside

Trying to make choux in this weather sounds like a disaster waiting to happen 😂 I'd save it for a cooler day

Thanks all, based on the feedback I’m gonna put the failure down to the weather and not my incompetence 😁😂
