Naked, a fan blowing cool air over my body while receiving full body tickles without hearing "my arm hurts" every 2 minutes.

Starfishing.. same as usual. One of the perks of this place.

Yes it's as cold as a witches tit here any time other than this. 👌

The only real bedtime routine I change is to sleep with my dreads down, so they can air out a bit.

Hoping the antihistamines and my cool pack from the freezer help me drift off again. My flat is unbearable today.

I did this last night. Not the comfiest, but after two hours tossing and turning in a sweaty swamp it was an absolute relief (and only about 5 degrees colder than upstairs)

I'm dog sitting for my sister. Apparently the dog was overheating at theirs and couldn't settle. So he's round here to bunk with me.

Just what I need, an extra-furry hot water bottle.

Same as last night. Fan right by my face blasting a mist of water.

But minus the cat sitting in front of it and hogging it at 3am.

I've been sleeping in the attic bedroom this past few days

It goes front to back of the house, so with both skylights open, you get a lovely breezd flowing through

Plus, with no standard windows to worry about, you can wander about totally nekkid

I dug out a cooling pad and this helped no end last night. I slept through for 5 1/2 hours which is really good for me
