"There are some tells you can look out for that always make me suspicious. The backgrounds are always slightly out of focused/grainy/blurry/dreamy/have an animated look about them. Skin/hair/clothing textures can look "off". Unnatural lighting. Face features or hair oddly too perfect looking/symmetrical. There are some services where you can put a copy of a photo into their checker and they can tell you the likelihood of the image being AI, similar to reverse image searching.
