Can anyone help? I keep getting told my apple ID is incorrect, even though I have reset the password. There were 15 updates, 7 of which it happily updated but the remaining 8 won't.

Also if I look at say purchased items, it doesn't like the password there either.

And yes. I've turned it off and on again!

Help!!!!!!!

I did have an email account hacked. But that wasn't anything to do with my apple id. It was a yahoo one.

Contact apple customer services. They can do a full reset for you

Hold down home button and on/off key at top , this will do a hard reset.

You wont lose anything but will reset all interent settings etc and clear the cache

Soz forgot to say do this until phone switches off leave for 1 min then switch back on

I'm guessing this has all been on your phone? Try logging into your apple account on a pc. This will determine if its an account or a phone issue.

Not another pissed poster - I have done that so many times and read back some drivel in the morning. At least yours was of merit x

I haven't tried it yet btw

Have you plugged your phone into another pc /laptop other than the usual one ??

Sometimes with Apple if you connect to an unauthorised pc/laptop they mess up your login ??

Go to itunes and change your password
