1. She needs to be involved. If you set it up as a single man, unless you have a well established record (verification trail) as a gangbang host - people will just assume you're a sad wanker who wants to waste the time of a bunch of men.

2. Safe venue. Logistics of hotel, or an address you're happy to give out.

3. Establish her limits beforehand. Do not budge.

Make sure they have verifications of such a meeting. If you invite 10, around 4 will turn up.

And choose from those not too far away from you - long distance tend to increase chances of no show.

Get her to start a forum post, status ipdate and meet request asking for 'a gangbang for me'.

She'll be inundated with offers.

All she then needs to do is chat to and select the people she wants.

Way more likely to be successful than a third party trying to set something up.
