I do call them floaties. I misread the op, got confused and thought you were talking about a drink. Like some sort of green ice-cream float drink. 🤦‍♀️

Glad you explained it because a lad I went to school with, who was a right twat, used to spit in puddles and if he got a globule of sputum up and it floated he'd call it a floatie. So I was slightly concerned at what you were drinking.
