"No. I don't like the taste of it."

ㅤㅤ

Perhaps I've never had a quality slice of Black Pudding, something more authentic or made in the traditional sense, as opposed to something made with poor quality ingredients or just mass produced fodder.

I love it, not actually a fan of the bury black pudding. I prefer Scottish or Irish varieties, they usually have more spicing. I find bury black pudding a bit bland.

Love it.

Becky won’t try it.

Proper black pudding is the key.

Or, the French equivalent, boudin noir makes a nice change occasionally, bit softer and more crumbly.

Black pudding complements poached egg so well.

The thing I find most frustrating is when someone tells me adamantly that they won’t eat it because they think it’s all pigs blood…

Then they order a steak rare and insist on it being ’bloody’…!! 🙄

It’s a constant source of shame that as a proud Black Country Mon, I don’t like black pudding.

I buck a lot of stereotypes, I’m Irish/Jamaican and I don’t like Guinness.

And yes, I have had Guinness in Ireland, it’s marginally better but I’d still rather have a bottle of Budweiser
