Titz Towers, North Notts

I'm off work today, so I'm doing a surprise slap up meal for our lass.

Slow cooked lamb, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, spuds, sweet corn and Yorkshire puds.

To be honest, I've no idea what I'm doing with it, but it seems to be going well judging from the smell and the fact that the dog is being very friendly.
