I felt like that until I was almost 50 and a couple of things happened that changed my whole outlook on life. By the time I joined fab aged 52 I had found confidence in myself I'd never had before so even though fab in itself hasn't had any great effect on how I see myself, when others say they like my pics or comment on how I look for my age it reminds me that I'm not so shabby..."
