Considering us guys fire one off and then need an hour to recharge, I think we need more men per woman.

I'd say about 4 guys to a woman will give us enough time to recharge...

Typically our meets are 2:1 women to guys. Just choose the right guys to begin with. Or a straight even ration. We find 3 couples makes it great fun.
