"Does it make you feel your best? If so, keep doing it. I don't mind grey hair." What she said Seriously though do what you want to do, look how you want to look. Groom how you want to groom. I'd say embrace the grey, I have. But if that's not your vibe then do what is. I can't say I spend more time with is, but as I've aged my style has evolved along with it. More of a beard than when I was younger, used to be stubble. So that takes more focus. As for any other grooming area, I just trim. Now and again I get bored and do the torso hair. But that's not a frequent thing, just when I feel like changing it up for the shits and giggles.

"I've tried veet, didn't seem to work too well. I currently shave my armpits and groin, apart from that I'm a bit of a bear. Also had a beard for the last 5 years, feel it suits me better " You need Veet for Men cos it has a slightly different composition. Follow the instructions. Works well for me. Beards are very popular these days so because I’m part of the Rebel Alliance, I wet shave smooth.

"I'm definitely more salt and pepper by the day, but don't think I'd ever dye it. The fear of looking like Berlusconi is greater than the fear of going grey." • I would agree that the salt and pepper look is very discerning and stylish, on you YOLO but also on most men — especially when the hair is cut and kempt but not unruly.

"I'm definitely salt and pepper, this stuff was supposed to slowly attack grey, but I haven't seen a change. £15 later, I think I'll stick with bog standard stuff in the future " If you want to keep it looking natural, just adding a little colour back into your hair, use a comb to apply it.

"Moisturising is needed these days, I find. I also do ear and nose hair. For myself, it improves my self confidence a tad and it’s always nice to get a compliment. " Get yourself a bottle of hylauronic acid (one from Ordinary isn’t pricey, and strong enough). It’ll do more for your skin than any moisturiser, your skin will thank you for it.

"Jools and I was having a conversation about something like this the other day. My point was: If anything bloke 50+ dyes his hair and it's noticed people are calling him a sad git going through a mid life crisis..... If anything woman of the same age does the same no-one says anything unless it's all like " yeah damn, she's living her best life you go girl " Op if you are greying embrace it and don't hide your experience. I started going grey in my teens in patches my hair was fully white by 40. I'm tempted to dyes it and my beard just to see the reactions I get Any not anything stupid predictive text.

"I've just got out of the shower and have so many questions. When I was younger, a bit of soap and water was enough, but these days I find myself spending more time grooming. So I have 2 questions for everyone: 1) shaving Vs waxing for men, anyone tried waxing? 2) I've started to use alpacin grey attack, are the ladies bothered about men with grey hair? Am I being to vein, like lipstick on a pig?" So I’ve been waxed a couple of times, it feels amazing, absolutely love it, but not practical to keep up for me, so a trim and a lower shave to keep on top of it. As for grey my hair started falling out before it went grey so male pattern baldness means a very short haircut and the grey in the facial hair will have to do! The grey doesn’t bother me as much as the balding, but it happened to me pretty young so now I don’t really care! Try a wax once…. Scary at first but the feeling afterwards 😍😍

"There is a place near to me that does male waxing, so good to hear from someone that has had it done. I think scary is an understatement, as I'm worried my balls may end up on a wax strip " Look I’m not going to lie to you, that shot hurts the first time, it’s terrifying, the expectation, but I went back! A few times! I haven’t in a while but that’s budget and time based! I’d do it again in a heartbeat! My point is, for me, it’s worth it
