Love, The Chain....the drumming is wonderful.

As a fan of the beauty and intelligence/song writing ability of the sadly missed Christine McVie. Would like to nominate, Songbird & You Make Loving Fun.

Paper Town Central, Essex.

Just as a piece of music, it has to be Albatross

As a song, probably Everywhere with Sarah a very close second.

Nothing since Peter Green left.

Although Mick Fleetwood produced in 2020 a great live tribute album called "Celebrate the Music of Peter Green and the Early Years of Fleetwood Mac". The band and guest players who checked their egos at the door were rock legends.

Personnel

House band

Mick Fleetwood – MC, drums, percussion

Rick Vito – guitar, vocals

Jonny Lang – guitar, vocals

Andy Fairweather Low – guitar, vocals

Ricky Peterson – keyboards, vocals, musical director

Dave Bronze – bass guitar

Zak Starkey – drums, percussion

Additional personnel

Billy Gibbons – guitar, vocals

John Mayall – keyboards, harmonica, vocals

Steven Tyler – harmonica, percussion, vocals

Christine McVie – keyboards, vocals

Noel Gallagher – acoustic guitar, vocals

Pete Townshend – guitar, vocals

Neil Finn – guitar, vocals

David Gilmour – guitar, pedal steel guitar

Jeremy Spencer – guitar, vocals

Bill Wyman – bass guitar

Kirk Hammett – guitar

Near Canterbury

I had the privelege of getting to know Chrissy Mcvie as she lived near my Mum and Stepdad just outside Canterbury for nearly twenty years A wonderful lady and modest about her achievements

I would nominate Songbird and Warm Ways as my faves Also Man Of The World from the Peter Green era

"I'd rather jack."

I mean they were wrong, but obscure 80s tracks will always get a from me.

My opinion for what its worth...

FLEETWOOD MAC have too many good songs to pick one.

The best I can do is narrow it to The Chain, Landslide, Gold dust Woman.

But ask me tomorrow Ill possibly say 3 different ones

Big love, I used to play it back to back with Kate Bushs' Running up that Hill on a loop on a C60 cassette in my purple Ford Capri, summers evening driving around the downs and country roads.

Albatross my Uncle played it to me first when I was a kid at my grandparents place. Very calming for a wild child.

We had just left my house on the hill where I grew up the year between the two songs releases, sad.
