Both of those are a cheap, easy to pack away option. I made my FWBS a St Andrews cross and it looks great and is great fun, whilst the door set aren't as good, they are easy. Also look at Fetlife. That's free to sign up and helpful people. I used it for advice on sensual play and people were really helpful. I have never done anything but the lightest impact play, so I can't help there.
