Fellow gunners (not all the thirsty 'gooners' on fab who are wanking to anything with a pulse)

Is it our year?

If we fail to win the league from here are you Arteta out?

If we win, I think we build a statue of Thierno Barry and David Moyes

Arteta's old club doing us a favour, love to see it!

Arteta out if you don't win the league? That's harsh. You can see the vision, the squad he's building. It's in their hands now, plus the other competitions. I think they'll do it.

If we fail to win I am not arteta out. I think he's been fantastic.

A draw for city tonight puts arsenal in prime position.

West Ham will be a very difficult game at the weekend, they are fighting for survival!

I think the West Ham away is the only tricky fixture. They are fighting relegation.

Burnley is already relegated and Crystal Palace will be focused on the conference league.

Win the West Ham game and we have one hand on the trophy. I also expect city to lose points on Bournemouth away game.

I agreed with this until yesterday

But if we can't beat West Ham, Burnley and Palace to win the league then I'll be on the fence and wouldn't be distraught if he was fired and would understand why he was, would also understand why they stick with him so meh

Think he needs to let loose on the attack next season though as this season it has gotten abit predictable and boring at times

(Which could have won us the league TBF)

I won't lie, I thought Arsenal had blown it but with City not beating Burnley convincingly and dropping points to Everton in a title run in makes me confirm that it's not the City of years gone by and it's essentially Arsenal's to lose

The final three teams in the bottom six, it would be instance for us to let this slip, but it's a crazy season for all of us. West Ham will fight hard for survival, and they have done us before.

🤞❤️🤍 It’s back in our hands!

West Ham will battle - I can’t see it being easy, but honestly if we can’t get it together and beat these last three teams for the first title in 22 years, then we don’t deserve it this year.

Either way, Arteta should stay. I think he’s done a good job - and there is a lot of bang average managers out there in big clubs right now.

The Prem is tough!

Yesterday was massive for us but I actually think we win it off the field with City failing to beat Brentford in their penultimate game of the season.

West Ham won’t lie down but they are in the bottom 3 for a reason and were soundly beaten at the weekend.

Everyone said the same about Fulham and they are a better side.

I've talked extensively about why getting rid of Arteta is a ridiculous suggestion the consistency has brought to the club.

As a neutral ish person, I'd rather Arsenal win the league than City purely because Arsenal seem to have done it on a much smaller budget (still very large one though) without breaking the financial rules. Arteta is still really annoying though.

But if City winning meant Spurs went down then that would be the dream. I'll happily let Newcastle sacrifice the points when we play West Ham to facilitate this as well.

As for the final that's another matter, both PSG and Bayern are vulnerable at times as last week showed and Arsenal look more solid in that department..

As a Newcastle fan, I'd be amazed if you don't win the league now, unless nerves get the better of you.

City have harder games in Bournemouth, Brentford and villa.

Over Burnley, west ham and palace.

I think you'll get beaten in champions league final though. PSG are on another level at the moment.

Just the one English team that's unbeaten against them over the last 3 years...

If Arsenal want to win the champions league I think they need to play like they did in the early part of the season with the handbrake off. They have the tools to hurt PSG and their defence is more than capable of taking care of itself.

If they play like they have been recently, where it looks like they have playing with a ‘not to lose’ mentality I can’t see them beating PSG.

So be brave and expansive and go for it and try to kill off PSG within the 90. If Arteta wants to try to get to half time goalless or has a mindset of that ilk then I think the trophy is staying in Paris.

I am doing Friday to Monday so if the plan (which we hear) is the Sunday for a parade then I think there are going to be thousands of people gutted who go out to Budapest and miss it…

Just to say Vienna took a bit a forward planning…. Helped that I worked for a European train company back in the day… but I got my flights for 375 return so can’t complain….

I can imagine the look on the people at Wien hbf when half of Essex all stroll up for trains…..

On early season form we would have just shaded it. But in current form I favour PSG.. But if we attack i think we could beat them.. but in my heart of hearts I think we will lose, but I also feel that we will win the prem..

I'd rather play boring football and win than great attractive football and lose!

Fact is we have been some close since Arteta took over and been playing some amazing football but not quite enough, he made a decision to alter the style of play making us difficult to beat one of the best defences in Europe ,we just lack a 20plus goals a season striker but it's not through lack of trying.

Yeah I can see that, and if he gets you over the line will make a big difference. For the neutral they are a hard hard watch. And the extreme "game management" should stop. Nobody pays money to watch them wipe a clean ball clean for 10 minutes a game. As for a 20 goal a season striker. You've had a few and turned them into shells of their former selves. But hey... Youre in the final and that's enough for most gooners.

City have to be perfect from here and any points potentially dropped on Wednesday will mean an opportunity to win the league at the Emirates on Monday.

Then we could possibly win it off the field if they drop points to Bournemouth on the following Wednesday otherwise it goes to the final game if we both take max points in the next 10 days

Regardless, I’m confident we get it over the line

Bootle

As an Everton season ticket holder sorry to burst West Ham’s bubbles of hope, no chance we beat Spurs . We will be on the beach already and treat Spurs as though Kane and Son were still playing . We’ve got terrible form at the wrong time

"Fellow gunners (not all the thirsty 'gooners' on fab who are wanking to anything with a pulse)

Is it our year?

If we fail to win the league from here are you Arteta out?

If we win, I think we build a statue of Thierno Barry and David Moyes

Arteta's old club doing us a favour, love to see it!

COYG!"

Can WE do it??? Hmmm

West Yorkshire glory hunter.

Why do people never jump on the Bristol city, Rochdale, Ipswich town bandwagon?

I watch my team about 75-80% of the season. If they win and I’m there I’ll say WE win as I’m part of the team. If they win and I’m not there I say THEY won.

It’s so easy to ‘support’ a team from Sky TV.

"Thank you Bournemouth , you will forever hold a special place in heart

And let's not forget just how well they have done over the last few seasons , great club , such a shame the managers going

Big thanks to Everton too. They were the ones who gave us hope after we lost against City."

Crowborough

Happy for Arsenal & especially Dec, I don't understand why WH fans boo him, he lifted our only trophy in 43 years - cretins.

Good luck in the CL final too, tough job but doable.

And come on Everton lol⚒️⚒️

I didn't think you'd do it. But credit where it's due. You scored more points tham the others so enjoy your moment. Let's see who var decides is going to win against psg. Sneaking feeling that its the gooners. Don't mind admitting I was wrong.

Linked but separate note. Hope they change the rules around the wrestling at set pieces.
