As I wrote earlier on another thread, I joined this site originally back at the beginning in 2006.

That was 20 years ago when I was a sprightly 45 year old

Now aged 65 and after a few life changes I am now fitter, healthier and enjoying life more than I did back then

So for all you over 50’s enjoy life as there is more of it out there for you
