What's the point in lying, when I was meeting how embarrassing would it be if the guy turned up and went "ohhh no not for me"!. Plus I would insist on a video call or a social before any fun although think these days you can put bloody filters on those videos too!

I wouldn't say it's lying, but we all choose our best angles do we not? We'll take a 100 photos and choose the best one. But is it the one thats most likel you in real life?

Personally I hate photos of me, but do agree I might take 10 and pick the best one. Its still me as I don't filter it so yes all the real me. Example always chin up in photos who needs to see the double chins. So yes I play to my strengths but still what you see is pretty much what you get. Don't like it move on. I chat with many guys who expected a super model but got more Anne widdecombe ( sure she is a lovely lady!)

My angles are good but I say I'm 90% the same. If I meet someone, they get a face time or a 'this is what you'll wake up to' kind of photo first. Most say I look better in person (I don't think I do !!) and never been asked "Who the fk are you???" on a meet so must look accurate.
