Why are there so many fake accounts that are not photo verified allowed?

Its getting so bad now, please act up and stop fakes. Just spent two weeks speaking to a couple and they are fake. Any other alternative for the scene?

Part of sorting yourself out as an adult is working out who are fakes or not, unfortunately. Having the nanny state dictate it seems kind of dystopian tbh.

(Also, does fake mean "not genuine" or does fake mean "chose not to meet me"?)

Use your search filters to filter out unverified profiles. If you do decide to contact a profile with no verifications ask for a brief cam chat early on .

100% not real. They only had another messaging app and she wouldn't call back. Although previously agreed. Only could only ever provide the same face photo, all images were distorted like a screen grab.

Then when shoukd have meet said they were out of messages and then forgot that they had arranged a hotwife meet, come on!

Obviously anyone can and is allowed to change there mind anytime.

The nature of this site always means there are going to be some time wasters or catfish. It sucks, but that's the way it is.

When you find couple profiles, there's always the risk that they have evolved since they've been verified, and it is now just a single guy using his x as bait.

All you can do is have your spidey senses up and not get too excited along the way. Other than that, you can learn to spot a few signs, although I will admit the profile in question for you doesn't have as many red flags as other ones. I'm always suspicious of any couple where you meet the guy first, especially if it is for action.

Cam chat only shows they are human, it can never confirm how they are as people, I ignore webcam veris for that reason.

I understand some people prefer that side of fab.

It seems you chose to ignore a large number of red flags there, so you need to take some responsibility for the overall failure rather than blaming the other party.

Fab is only successful if you use it sensibly and recognise red flags and move on as soon as they get waved.

I wouldn't call this a fake profile if you were actually communicating with them. More a profile that doesn't meet your criteria - it seems like you need to use your filters and gut instinct more effectively.

Personally having come across quite a few couples/single women profiles that are male.

Call it instinct but men generally trying to be a couple or single woman write different to most men in effect overcooking the egg when it can be much simpler

With this site being free and you can access virtually everything then it’ll encourage people to join, whether they are serious or not.

If someone isn’t photo verified then don’t chat to them until they are.

If you think with your big head instead of your little head it’s easier to spot the chancers.

If you think this site is going to pot after just meeting the ultimate combination of an FF then wow

Agree can filter out most. Have been caught out a few times though. One meet I went to only guy there and the “wife” could not make it as unwell. Soon became clear was guy doing fantasy

However the site is cheap by comparison, so you pay your money and take your choice.

All our 'recent' meets have been via Fab, so aside from the standard challenge of sorting the wheat from the chaff, we'd suggest altering your expectations 😘

I mean, not everyone is comfortable doing a video verification two weeks in, so perhaps we need to think about what earlier trip-wise could be set up.

I think if people share the way they veri then that just means people will find a way to get past that technique.

Ultimately you just need to use your head rather than your genitals and it jump at the first “offer” you get. Have a bit of self respect and stand your ground.

I think he's just been burnt by a real guy in a real couple who also dabbles away. Or has become single.

There are always going to be men posing women or couples, here and on any other site you care to mention. Why they get their kicks from doing this is a mystery to me you just have to trust your instincts.

Yesterday there was a women that was meet verified within hours of joining but not photo verified.No mention of it being from someone they already knew on here, and photos that have been heavily cropped. To me that sounds incredibly dubious, others might not. Use your own instincts.

It used to surprise me how many grown adults think this is a crèche and aren't capable of doing their own due diligence but not any longer.

If I say I haven't come across a single fake profile in more than 10 years here and never been cat fished or stood up some people think I'm being flippant while others tell me I'm one of the lucky ones.

The way I see it is that if the site really was overrun by fake profiles the law of averages would dictate that I should have come across them at some stage but the fact is I haven't so luck has nothing to do with it.

It's not up to the site owners to take everyone by the hand and guide them through their online engagement.

The police always insist that the frauds are 1 step ahead of them. And any changes might have already been planned for. I'm guessing that it's the same with online sites - anyone anywhere in the world can join here.

We must each of us take responsibility for our behaviour and approaches here. It takes time to develop what works best for you.

I don't share all of my tactics in the forum, as it potentially helps the scammers work around them. Common sense is always helpful

I really don't think its gone to shit.

Those types of accounts you talk about are so easy to spot, so you just ignore them.

We're very fussy on our journey and have very specific preferences which is very restrictive. But when the right people pop up, we've had some amazing experiences.

We don't really meet others in clubs, Mr doesn't really enjoy that dynamic. All of our meets over the years have come from fab.

Other platforms have been tried, and even when you pay the membership charges.....its no better than fab.

Its all about patience OP.
