London

Hamburg is very good but can be a bit seedy at times so have your wits about you. Cologne is quite good too.

However, Berlin is THE place to head to for swingers clubs. Anything you want pretty much!

Nude spas I'm not as sure about sorry.

Malmesbury

I don't know about Cities but I went to one near the VW factory and it was brilliant. The cost was similar to UK prices @ £50 but all drinks (soft and alcoholic) were free and the staff cooked a meal for everyone.
