Im tempted albeit pretty scarred, to attend a club this weekend, besides the obvious aspects of doing be a dick and obtain consent.... Are there any other unwritten rules I should be aware of?

Im never inclined to approach people, but more than happy to have a chat and laugh in a normal pub setting.

So I dont want to commit any faux pas, but also don't want to be stood on the sidelines looking like a desperate voyeur.

Looking any hu9... So any tips?

Just be yourself and enjoy the moment,. Knowing nearly everyone else are there for same reason, which is to have a good time.

Absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Go and enjoy (you'll luv it).

Morning.

Just imagine you're chatting in the pub, if you're comfortable in that environment. The only difference being you may just be wearing a towel and others may be wearing even less.

Having clubbed both as part of a couple and as a single male, my best piece of advice is to avoid appearing to stalk, to be the creepy guy that lurks in the shadows everywhere you go.

Also, don't expect to play every time. There's no guarantee, or 'right' to have sex, just because you've paid to get in.

I wish you well!

If you can do a regular pub, then you can do a club.

If you're appropriate with your behaviour, then you won't commit unnecessary problems.

But go without expecting sex. Be a social butterfly there. I also go with the plan that I'll perhaps not stay long at a new place. If you get too isolated and can't fix it, then leaving is reasonable.

I did my first time at a club a couple of weeks ago, luckily there was a pool table, and it was lively around it, so I just chilled there, spoke to a few people, played some pool, just like the pub.. easy enough.. other times I just mooched around having a watch, I went during the daytime and it was relatively quiet.. wanna do a night time soon
