Which reality show would you most likely be on or which do you wish you could be on?

Is this a must appear on one or die question?

If so it would have to be Gogglebox. I wouldn't last mote than half an hour on any of the others although I'd consider MAFS if it guaranteed and interview with that Paul guy

Fair enough it's not heavily scripted like a lot of the others. But it's heavily produced nature disqualifies it from being reality. (a lot of the "reactions" are not natural first takes).
