A quick google provides the answer.

I found me one of these. Just about to have our 13th anniversary. Everyday we both stick to these values. Intend to keep to them them moving forward. Cost nothing, just a bit of thought & attention. I'd like to add, keeping fit and healthy. Along with being put together, clean & tidy. A shirt, belt, cuffs, and or bare forearms & gloves makes me all week too.

I like when someone has manners, basic ones (not including door holding). The politeness that goes along with it. I'm not too keen on self proclaimed gentlemen because more often than not I've found them to be "gentlemen" until you don't behave as they'd like.
