"Hi do any women enjoy a shy man that perhaps just needs bringing out of his shell ?" To be honest, not really. I prefer confident men.

"Both very helpful responses thank you ladies." That's the thing to take away from this, some will and some won't. Try to find a little more confident if you can, but also be yourself too. The balance somewhere between will appeal to most. But don't go getting disheartened if it feels like those that like shy guys are the minority.

"Occasionally bashful? Yes…. But he needs to have confidence in himself too. Theres a fine line " Yeah, I agree with this. I've been that shy person and looking back, it must feel like pulling teeth for a woman to try and bring me out of my shell. I like to think I've found that sort of quiet confidence in myself that's present when I meet people now.

"Hi do any women enjoy a shy man that perhaps just needs bringing out of his shell ?" I think the trick to being somewhat confident is to know what your good at and play to your strengths, like me, I'm great at making myself look like and idiot 😉

"I'm more drawn to naturally confident slightly cocky guys. But not dickheads. " Isn’t this the key. Trouble is, one person’s confident is another person’s arrogance. I’m naturally not an up on the table dancing sort of person, well not at first, so I have to make a conscious effort to turn the volume up. Easy to overdo and look like a knob though.

Everyone is shy sometimes and nobody is confident in everything.
