If you met your ideal partner but they were unemployed and showed no signs of finding a job.

Would you go for it?

Op, are you asking this if they couldn't get a job but were actively looking, or wouldn't want a job because it would mess up their 'sweet benefits lifestyle choices'?

The former, it wouldn't bother me at all - the latter, they wouldn't be my ideal partner!

No money cant buy you love. But if the love is there then that shouldnt stop you.

At the end of the day you canr help who you love.

Although there are limits..but never money...

money would very much matter to me, I work all the hours god send to support my family as a single mum, I just wouldn't be willing to take on another expense, a partnership, for me is just that, and that means sharing everything, including the bills

They might be into charity work or environmental issuses and not put having a job as a priority. Does not exactly have to be an avid viewer of Jeremy Kyle.

Showed no signs or point-blank weren't looking?

Before I consider a relationship, I look at my potential partner and imagine how they are going to be in a long-term relationship.

If they've got no get-up-and-go and I get the impression that I would have to be the main bread-winner if we started a family, ect, that's a no-go.

I want to be able to go on holiday and share new experiences without having to pay for everything for them all the time.

No as I refuse to work my ass off whilst someone else reaps the benefits unless they do all the housework etc even then I would have to seriously think about it
